Our valet trash services operates Sunday through Thursday, typically between 7am to 12pm (noon) and from 6pm to midnight, ensuring minimal disruption while residents are home. Schedules may vary based on property needs.

4. What types of waste are accepted and not accepted?

Generally accepted: Household trash and general recyclables in tied bags

Not accepted: Bulk items, hazardous waste, loose liquids, glass, or oversized trash bags

5. How does the billing process work?

Valet trash fees are usually included in the monthly rent or HOA dues, allowing seamless collection. Property managers may also pass the cost directly to residents as an amenity fee.
